Shipping + Returns

We understand it's hard to shop online and know exactly what a piece will look like on you. We offer 14-day returns and 30-day exchanges. Check out this page here for more information.

Our jewelry ships everywhere! All the ceramic dishes only ship within the US.

All pieces are made to order so please allow 1-2 weeks for us to make all of you pieces. Once shipping, within the US, shipping takes on average 3-7 business days.

If you have purchased rush shipping (UPS, USPS Priority, Fedex, or DHL) your order will ship within 1 week.

If you're in a hurry to receive your order please purchase expedited shipping. This includes USPS priority and express, UPS second day air and next day air. Your order will be sent out quicker (lead time) and the shipping time will be shorter (i.e. if you select UPS next day air you can add 1-2 business days to the maximum lead time to estimate arrival). Please check our current lead times one question above or at checkout.

USPS Standard and UPS ground shipping are NOT expedited shipping. Leaving a note at checkout that you need your order ASAP and not purchasing expedited shipping will NOT expedite your order. If you purchased non expedited shipping and would like to change that please email us at hello@andarlen.com.

My Order

Our pieces are handmade so all of our sizings are approximate. We try to measure our pieces as precisely as we can, but they may vary up to 1/4 of an inch for jewelry lengths, a few mm for pendant sizes, and 1/4 of a ring size.

Because the stones we use are natural to the Earth there will be variations in size and color of each gemstone. We do our best to match gemstones, but sometimes it's impossible due to the unique nature of each piece. You're always welcome to request we send you photos of your jewelry before it ships for you to approve.

Oh no! We're sorry! It must be because you're loving it so much, right? We do basic repairs for free within the first year of purchase. After one year, there's a small fee. Please email us at hello@andarlen.com

Jewelry

No, our bracelet sizing is too small to be worn as an anklet. Additionally, we use a more heavy duty chain for our anklets. The majority of our bracelet designs come in an anklet version though! If you are wanting a specific design send us a message and we can custom make one for you!

We have regular restocks every 3 weeks or so! Check our Instagram bio for our next restock.

Um, yes! We love to do custom orders. Just let us know what you're looking for, and we'll see if we can make it.

Sterling silver tarnishes when exposed to air so keep it safe in a baggie and polish it frequently. Gold fill won't tarnish and just needs a nice bath in soapy water every once in a while to keep it bright and shiny. Most gemstones don't love water and sweat, so to preserve the life of your piece, don't wear it in the shower or when working out

Yes! Gold fill and sterling silver are waterproof and won't turn your skin green when they get wet. You should not wear your jewelry in a pool as the chemicals may damage it, but fresh and salt water are fine.

We're happy to provide you with a replacement single earring. Usually a single earring is 50% of the cost of the pair. Send us a message to begin the process.

All of the gemstones we carry come straight from the earth! If there is a stone that is not genuine it will be noted in the description of the product.

We are required to collect tax on all orders shipping within Washington state.

International orders may be subject to customs fees. The customer is responsible for these.
