Shipping

Fulfillment times: We strive to ship orders within our 1-2 weeks timeline, but cannot guarantee it. These 1-2 weeks do not include shipping time.


Delivery Times: Our standard shipping method is via USPS first class mail. It may take up to 10 business days for US orders to be delivered and can take up to six weeks for international orders to be delivered. We offer many expedited shipping options if you are eager to receive your package sooner. Due to COVID all postal carriers have announced that no shipping times are guaranteed so no refunds will be given for late or delayed packages.


Once we drop off your package at the post office we have no control over it. This means we cannot change your address, control where your package is delivered, quicken its delivery or anything else. We have the same control as you do. Please double check that your address is correct when submitting your order. Buyers are responsible for duties and customs.


Lost orders: If you order gets lost in transit we will submit a missing mail request. If it is not found we will work together to remedy the issue. If a package appears to be lost the process takes about 2-3 weeks as we will need to wait for confirmation from USPS.


Mis-delivered orders: If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not received it please contact your neighbors and local USPS to find the package. We cannot do anything about it and will not refund or send you a new order as we are not liable.

International orders: Customs fees are charged by your respective country once your order crosses the border. We do not collect nor control customs fees. They are basically a sales tax that your country charges. You are responsible for paying the customs fees. If you refuse to pay customs fees you will be charged a fee to have the order sent back to us (fee will be decided by the postal carrier not us). Once we receive the package back you will be refunded minus the shipping fee and the refusal fee.

Returns

We get it! It's hard to picture what a piece will look like until you have it in your hands. Because of this, we offer a 14-day return policy for all non-permanent jewelry purchases with receipt/proof of purchase. Orders placed in November and December have a 45 day return period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To begin your return, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. We will get back to you within three business days. Returns must be shipped out (tracking updated) within 2 weeks of received your shipping label to avoid a 30% restocking fee.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. If you do the contents of the package becomes our property and we will not return it to you or provide a refund.

 

 

If your item comes damaged, please contact us immediately.

After 14 days we can no longer accept returns and can only provide an exchange or store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We do not refund shipping costs and will deduct $4.50 to cover the cost of shipping the return back.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The length of time it takes for the funds to return to your account is dependent on your bank.

    Exchanges

    You can exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your package for all non-permanent jewelry purchases with receipt/proof of purchase. Orders placed in November and December have a 60 day exchange period.

    There is an $9 fee for US based exchanges. This covers shipping both to and from you. For international exchanges you'll need to ship back your jewelry by purchasing a shipping label at your local post office as well as purchase the exchange shipping listing that we link below.  We will provide you with a shipping label to make the process easier for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you receive an exchange, you will be credited with the cost of the item sans shipping.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    *If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Cancellations

    All of our jewelry is made to order so once you place your order we begin working on your new jewelry. If you need to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours there will be a 15% fee associated with the cancellation to cover the time it took to make your order.

    Stones

    We do our best to accurately depict and describe each stone we sell, but due to the unique nature of each stone you may receive one that is a different shape of color to the photo. Additionally, we are not geologists and cannot guarantee that any of our gemstones are what we say they are. We trust out suppliers and have an extensive knowledge of gemology, but make mistakes. If you would like a certificate for any of our stones please let us know and we will quote you. Certifications start around $500.

    Repairs - Form

    We are happy to repair any of our non-permanent jewelry for free if purchased within six months. Any jewelry needing repair after the six month mark will be subject to a repair fee which ranges from $10-30 depending on the piece and repair needed. Necklaces and bracelets purchased in 2020 or earlier will have a repair fee of half of the cost of the product. Jewelry made in 2020 or earlier used our older weaker chain so if you need a repair for one of these pieces we will just replace it. Fill out the form by clicking here.
