We get it! It's hard to picture what a piece will look like until you have it in your hands. Because of this, we offer a 14-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To begin your return, please fill out the form below. We will get back to you within three business days.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. If you do the contents of the package becomes our property and we will not return it to you or provide a refund.
If your item comes damaged, please contact us immediately.
After 14 days we can no longer accept returns and can only provide an exchange or store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We do not refund shipping costs.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The length of time it takes for the funds to return to your account is dependent on your bank.

You can exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your package. Please fill out the form below to begin the process. Once submitted we will respond within 3 business days.
There is an $7 fee for US exchanges. This covers shipping both to and from you. We will provide you with a shipping label to make the process easier for you. If you would like to do an international return you will need to ship back your order. We will then send you an invoice for the cost of return shipping ($11-16). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, you will be credited with the cost of the item sans shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
