Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, for our gold fill and sterling silver and our non-bridal collection of solid gold jewelry, we offer both returns and exchanges for unworn jewelry with receipt or proof of purchase. Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase. After 14 days, we can only offer store credit.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our bridal jewelry, including the rings under engagement and wedding bands are made to order and thus not returnable. If you're unsure about a ring please reach out to us and we'll be able to help.

Are there fees to return or exchange my order?

For exchanges, there is a $12 total fee to cover the cost of shipping your order to us ($6) and then back to you ($6).

For returns, we will provide you with a shipping label to return your order, which costs $6 and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

I don't live in the U.S., can I still return or exchange my order?

Yes! The 14-day return period and 30-day exchange period still apply.

Can I return or exchange a custom piece?

No. All custom jewelry is non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Find more about our custom jewelry policies here.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that are cancelled after 24 hours of placing them will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.

I already placed my order, but I need to change it.

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes to it. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the changes can be made.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for all non-permanent jewelry purchases with receipt/proof of purchase. Orders placed in November and December have an extended return period until January 15th

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To begin your return, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. We will get back to you within three business days. Returns must be shipped out (tracking updated) within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping label to avoid a 30% restocking fee.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. If you do, the contents of the package become our property and we will not return it to you or provide a refund. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.

After 14 days, we can no longer accept returns and can only provide an exchange or store credit.

Exchanges

You can exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your package for all non-permanent jewelry purchases with receipt/proof of purchase. For orders placed in November and December, you must begin the exchange process by January 15th.

To begin your exchange, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we'll get back to you within three business days.

Exchanges must be shipped out (tracking updated) within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping label to avoid a 30% restocking fee.

For U.S. exchanges:

There is a $12 fee for US based exchanges. This covers shipping both to and from you.

For international exchanges:

Please ship back your jewelry by purchasing both a shipping label at your local post office and one of our exchange shipping listings linked below. We will provide you with a shipping label to make the process easier for you.

For all exchanges, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you receive an exchange, you will be credited with the cost of the item sans shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

All of our jewelry is made to order so once you place your order, we begin working on your new jewelry. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it to avoid any additional fees.

If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours, there will be a 15% fee associated with the cancellation to cover the time it took us to make your order.
