After our initial consult, we take a $300 non-refundable deposit to begin the custom process. This deposit is credited towards your final cost.

Once you've selected your center stone, we take a 50% deposit for most gemstones and lab-diamonds and a 100% deposit for natural diamonds.

After you've approved your wax replica, before we start production, a 50% deposit is placed for your setting.

Once your piece is done, the remaining balance is due.

Our minimum for custom engagement rings is $3000. For all other projects, our customs minimum is $1000. Sometimes there are exceptions to this. Custom work is much more labor-intensive than non-custom pieces so you can expect the price to reflect this.

Customs require a lot more back-end labor. We have our initial consult and continual communication. If we're sourcing stones for you, we'll likely find a few options for you and continue sourcing until you love your stone(s). If you're unsure of the design you'd like we'll sketch out ideas for you to visualize. Once you've narrowed down your design, if a CAD rendering is required, we'll build it for you and print out wax replica out so you can see your exact piece

For large diamonds and colored stones, we often source multiple options for you to look at and decide on.

Absolutely! We'd love to work with your stones, but we do need to look at them first to make sure they can withstand production.

In addition, we do not take any responsibility for damaged stones while in our possession or during shipping time. No matter how perfect your stone(s) may look, they are still susceptible to breakage during the manufacturing process. There is always a risk of setting stones into new settings so please be aware of this.

We only work with solid gold and platinum for custom projects.

As for stones, we work with anything and everything, from mined to lab grown.

We have high ethical standards for our mined stones and work with a select few vendors who meet our standards.

As for lab diamonds, we maintain our high standards for the stone's quality. We do not accept diamonds from growers rushing the growth process, which often results in poor-quality diamonds. Poor quality lab diamonds may have growth strains or off-coloring. Please note the price of lab diamonds is not stable.

Durability is our number one priority when it comes to engagement rings, let alone any piece we create. We never take shortcuts in the production process and always adhere to our high production standards. The last thing we want is you worrying about your ring's durability. We'll make sure all the boxes are checked and your ring is secure.

All custom jewelry comes with free cleanings for (our) life. This includes a bath, prong check, and polishing.

In addition, if any melee stones under 2mm fall out within a year due to manufacturing error, we are happy to replace them for free.
