Cancellations

All of our jewelry is made to order so once you place your order we begin working on your new jewelry. If you need to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours there will be a 15% fee associated with the cancellation to cover the time it took to make your order.

All packages are wrapped carefully so they come perfect and ready for you. Jewelry comes in one pouch no matter how many pieces you order. If you need more please leave a note at the bottom of the cart page

Buyers are responsible for taxes and customs, and once we drop off your package at the post office, we are no longer liable for the package. If your package gets lost, we will do our best to retrieve it, but cannot guarantee it. In the rare case, a package is lost and the mailing service used will not provide a refund, we will send you a store credit for half your order price.
