Josie provided design inspiration and direction for her partner, Sawyer, to then take the reins and design her ring. After our initial consultation with Sawyer, we came up with a couple of different ring designs and hand engravings for him to select from.
While we were working on the ring design, we sourced three radiant cut lab diamonds for Sawyer to select from. Since we were working virtually, we sent videos and photos of the diamond options as well as bandwidth references to help visualize the diamond on the band.
Once Sawyer selected a design and diamond, we built the ring in computer-assisted design software to provide a 360-degree view.
We printed out and mailed a wax replica of the ring for Sawyer to confirm he loved the design (which he did!). The ring headed into production. Here it is before the accent sapphires and hand engraving were added.
The finished ring with a botanical art deco-inspired engraving, 2ct radiant cut lab diamond center with green australian sapphire accents, all in 14k yellow gold.
