Years ago, Maddie's now-husband proposed to her with a beautiful, round, natural diamond engagement ring with an intertwining band. She loved it for years, but after having her first baby and entering a new era of her life, she felt she wanted a ring that fit her style and lifestyle better.
She wanted to use her center diamond but create a new setting. She sketched out a variety of designs, and we mocked up her favorites. She settled on a toi et moi featuring a 3ct lab-grown elongated hexagon diamond. Both stones are bezel set for maximum durability and low on the finger so her ring will never get in the way.

Maddie's original engagement ring and wedding band
Maddie brought her own design sketches to her initial consultation. We narrowed down her designs and built CADs of a few different design iterations.
We sourced two elongated hexagon lab diamonds in 2 and 3ct for her to play around with. She chose the 3ct option.
The final ring: Timed perfectly with her first Mother's Day. A celebration of the past and present for her to wear always.
